• Security update for GLSA 201503-13 / BusyBox (#15162).

Configuration

• Move haproxy configuration file to /etc/haproxy/haproxy.cfg and make directory writable by service users. This makes haproxy configuration easier to manage with tools like Ansible. The old location is still accessible via a symlink (#15030).

• Make /etc/apparmor.d writable for service users (#13408).

• Enable MySQL query cache with 10MiB size by default (#15134).
