Impact

• Statshost: Prometheus will be restarted.

NixOS 19.03 platform

• Replace 19.09 channel with 20.03. Lowers RAM consumption of our periodic management task which should reduce swapping on VMs with only 1GB RAM. Updates Kubernetes to 1.17 (#124530).

• Statshost: Update Prometheus to 2.15.2, Grafana to 6.7, fix problems with too many open connections and correct wrong label dropping rules. The new Prometheus version uses significantly less RAM on our central statshost (#126199).

Gentoo platform

• Update bind to fix nxnsattack (#126345).
