Documentation: add EOL notice for MySQL/Percona 5.6 and MongoDB before 4.2.
Documentation: add PostgreSQL 14 to supported versions.

Various internal improvements for hardware running on NixOS (#PL-127635). VMs will still get an update to the new release but won’t be affected directly by the changes.
Kibana and Elasticsearch role documentation: add note about the free/unfree package situation, same as on 21.11.
