Impact

• Matomo will be restarted.

NixOS 22.05 platform

Our platform version NixOS 22.05 is now ready for testing on non-production systems. Starting with this release, the environment fc-22.05-staging can be used for upgrading machines.

We plan to roll out the upgrade for most of the customer staging systems in calendar week 34. There will be an announcement one week before the roll-out.

Significant package updates, compared to 21.11:

• glibc 2.33 -> 2.34

• haproxy: 2.3.x -> 2.5.x

• nginx: 1.20.2 -> 1.22

• nix: 2.3 -> 2.8

• php 8.1: new

• openssh: 8.8 -> 9.0

• redis: 6.2.x -> 7.0.x

• systemd: 249 -> 250

• varnish: 7.0.x -> 7.1.x

NixOS 21.11 platform

• matomo: update to 4.11.0 (#PL-130689).

• LAMP: Add flyingcircus.roles.lamp.vhost.*.apacheExtraConfig option which allows adding plain Apache config to the end of the <VirtualHost …> block (#PL-130680, #PL-130679).
