NixOS platform

• Update Sensu to 0.27.1. Sensu clients shouldn’t hang anymore when DNS resolution fails during service start.

• Mention both $HOSTNAME.fcio.net and $HOSTNAME.gocept.net in /etc/hosts.

• Fix service startup ordering problems for HAProxy, nginx, varnish and others (#110288).

Gentoo platform

• Stop making backups for VMs in soft deletion stage (#22345).

• Update backy to handle deleted VMs more gracefully (#27020).
