Packages#

  • Switch to custom libreoffice build since the binary package causes shared library incompatibilities (RT 96271).

Configuration#

  • Check PostgreSQL and MySQL databases for consistency. Each machine will schedule a maintenance job (#13496).

  • Check all installed OS files against portage checksums (#13496).

  • Reindex all LDAP databases (#13496).

  • Increase default varnish cache size to 1GiB using a file-based, memory-mapped storage.

  • Improve physical disk monitoring to detect correctable media errors early (#13496).
