Fix locale-related bug that caused delays during VM provisioning. Please note that this may trigger PostgreSQL restarts when running PostgreSQL instances still use old locale databases (#10785).
Automatic configuration of multiple IP addresses per interface (#8872).
Fix nameserver configuration bug that caused stale DNS data in some cases (#11061).
