Configuration

• Adjust kernel VM configuration to avoid page allocation failures leading to VM network outages (RT 91490).

• Bugfix: the remote syslog code sent log messages to wrong machines (#12940).

• nginx: compresses font objects by default.

• All syslog files are now readable by local users to easy debugging.
