Configuration

• Fix failure during initial mysql database setup.

• Implement automatic VM root shrink during scheduled maintenance (#13414).

• Adapt default haproxy.cfg to current recommendations.

Monitoring

• Notify customers about “out of swap” conditions. If running out of swap, severe performance degradations are likely and customers should be aware of this (#13625).
