Configuration

• Fix bug which stopped discontinued VMs from actually getting deleted (#19129).

• Fix bug in VM imaging code which installed the wrong kernel version in the stage4 image.

Monitoring

• Disable hostgroup and servicegroup view. Those views show too many hosts.
